THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR NEW OR CURRENT BIKE.

REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU RIDE, OR HOW MUCH YOU SPEND ON AFTER-MARKET GOODIES, CONSIDER A VERY SMALL INVESTMENT IN A PROFESSIONAL FITTING SESSION THAT WILL DO THE MOST TO SUBSTANTIALLY IMPROVE YOUR CYCLING.

NOT JUST FOR RACERS… DIAL-IN THAT PROPER FIT FOR MAXIMUM POWER, BALANCE AND COMFORT.

  • Step #1: We start at the cleats for correct placement over the pedals as well as aligning ankles, knees and hips thru the use of the Lemond Le Wedge System (if needed).

  • Step #2: Saddle height is critical- too high or too low; both can be damaging to your knees as well as diminish maximum efficiency and power.

  • Step #3: Saddle placement fore and aft- often overlooked, this adjustment places your knee over the pedal spindle to deliver maximum leverage given the length of your femur and shoe size.

  • Step #4: The reach to the handlebar is determined by your desired riding style- recreational, performance or racing. Stem rise, reach and handlebar dimensions are all considered here. We stock many brands of both stems and bars to suit any adjustments needed.

Basic fit is $40. per ½ hour. Includes question and answer session to assess needs, basic measurements, adjustments and alignments using various tools and dimensions.

Power Base Fit: $200. Basic fit w/ alignments using a Cyclops Electronic + Trainer to measure heart rate and Watt increases based on adjustments.
